Temporary space law constitutes a legal response, able to adapt socially scientific
advances that are occurring in our time, within a framework of legislative guarantee.
It written as a doctoral thesis consists of three large blocks, which break down
the different legal and political situations related link people in an environment
that is evolving. In each of those statements, they mean themselves an important
part of each block and require special treatment, due to their complexity and need
to define issues that require it in more depth, or to establish decompose that premise or precept to locate the conflict or solve.
A first block presents the latest scientific approaches in science is under study,
analysis and testing; also is an approach to the practical experiments are responding to different theories silver.
But it does not stop there, but it anticipates the possible conclusions that may
arise, and serve to be incorporated into society through different applications of technological innovation.
The second block, is situated in the area of law, and connect with this new social
situation.
As a result, they begin to appear a compendium of loopholes, which require an
analysis providing a detailed description of what are the exact points where they
occur, and in what form are set as wrongful.
It is at this time where the study of this unlawful collision leads us to confront
precepts that were accepted as valid; and what seemed a simple problem of absence rules, this block becomes a process that requires a great philosophical introspection, and a wide abstraction when designing new political structures, and create new terms in the third block, valid result to the collision of values.
